Aloo Ke Gutke is a Pahadi-style jeera aloo. A regional dish from the state of Uttarakhand, India. It is a simple potato fry recipe without onion, garlic.

Ingredients:
Potato - 2
Green chili - 2
Coriander leaf - 2 tsp
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seed powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 3 tsp
Instructions:
Wash and boil potatoes for 3 whistles, peel the skin and keep aside
In a motor - pestle , add coriander seeds, ginger, coriander leaf, green chili, grind
Then add chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt as per taste and grind to coarse paste, keep aside
In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dried red chili and allow them to crackle
Then add coarse masala paste to it and sauté until its aromatic
Then add chopped potatoes to it and mix well
Roast the potatoes until aromatic
Serve hot
