Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour -1 cup

  • Gram flour - 1/2 cup

  • Green chili - 1

  • Turmeric power - 1/4 tsp

  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp

  • Cumin seed powder - 1 tsp

  • Hing - 1/2 tsp

  • Salt - 1 tsp

  • oil - 1 tsp

  • Water - as required

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl add, wheat flour & gram flour, mix, then add turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder, hing, green chili & salt

  2. Mix everything together, knead to soft dough by using required water

  3. Add oil & knead to soft dough

  4. Take required size dough, roll out thin

  5. Cook on hot tawa, by applying oil on both sides

  6. Serve hot with tomato chutney
