Chakodi, also known as chagodilu, is a hot and crunchy Indian snack. It is made with rice flour and is round in shape.
These are also known as Ring Murukku in some parts of India and people made them during festivals such as Diwali and Gokulastami or Krishnastami.

Ingredients:
Rice flour - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp (optional)
Chili powder - 1 tsp (optional)
Salt - 1 tsp
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Sesame oil - to fry
Instructions:
In a pan, dry roast the rice flour slightly until aromatic
Then add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt & ajwain, mix well
Pour the rolling boiling water to the flour & mix, cover & rest for 10 minutes
Then knead the flour until smooth
Take required dough & start rolling thin or you can use muruku presser & make long shape
Make like small wheel shape
Shallow fry them
Strain & serve
