Chilla or Cheela is nothing but an Indian style pancake. Traditionally, these are popular in North India where both sweet and salty variants are available.

Ingredients:
Rice flour -1 cup
Tomato - 1
Green chili - 3
Garlic - 4
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 1 glass
Instructions:
Take the rice flour, mix with salt, add 1 glass of water to it, make the batter into pouring thin batter
In a hot pan, pour the rice flour batter like a dosa, add oil cover and cook them
Lets make spicy chutney now, by char the tomato, green chili and garlic
In a motor-pestle or mixer jar, add the charred tomato, green chili, garlic, coriander seeds and salt and grind them
Serve the chutney with rice dosa
