Chire Doi Aam is simple, delicious, high protein energy food. It is very popular in Tripura homes. Which can be done within minutes.

Cuisine : Indian

Prep time : 5 minutes

Process time : 5 minutes

Total time : 10 minutes

Ingredients: 

  • Flatten rice - 1 cup

  • Curd - 1/4 cup

  • Sugar - 1/4 cup

  • Mango - 1/4 cup

Instructions:

  1. Clean and wash flatten rice

  2. In serving bowl, add flatten rice, curd, sugar and mix well

  3. Add mango or any seasonal fruit to it and serve
