Doh Khlieh from Indian State Meghalaya

Writer's picture: little h kitchenlittle h kitchen

Doh Khlieh is a delectable and tangy pork salad that originates from the Bodo community, an indigenous group residing primarily in the northeastern regions of India, particularly Assam, West Bengal, and Meghalaya.

This traditional dish showcases the Bodo people’s love for bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and culinary creativity.

This recipe I have tried with Chicken.
