This delicious and easy Ginger fruits Detoxifying Smoothie is dairy free, gluten free, and plant-based. It’s loaded with fresh lemon that naturally helps to boost the body’s detoxifying abilities and it tastes like rejuvenate.

You can use any of the seasonal fruits to make this recipe. And its just done within few minutes.

Goes well for mid-morning breakfast or brunch.

Ginger -Fruits Smoothie


Course : Smoothie


Cuisine : Indian


Prep time :5 minutes


Process time : 5 minutes


Total time : 10 minutes


Ingredients:

  • Ginger - 2 inch

  • Grapes - 1 cup

  • Pineapple - 1 cup

  • Mint - bunch

  • Lemon juice - 1/2 glass

  • Black salt - 2 tsp

  • Water - 1/2 glass

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add chopped pineapples, grapes, ginger, mint, lemon juice and black salt.

  2. Add water if need.

  3. Blend them into thick smoothie.

  4. Strain them.

  5. Serve!
