Golichina Mamsam is a popular meat dish in Telangana, India. Golichina means fry in Telugu and it is made with local spices. It is a simple yet fiery mutton dish that goes well with either rice or paratha.
Here I have used baby potatoes instead of mutton.

Ingredients:
Boiled & peeled baby potatoes or mutton - 1 cup
Curd - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1
Kashmiri chili powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander seed powder - `1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt - ass per taste
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Cloves - 3
Cardamom - 2
Green chili - 2
Curry leaves - 1 string
Sesame seed oil - 1 tsp
Instructions:
In a pressure cooker, add baby potatoes and cook for 2 whistle, once cool down remove its skin and keep
If your cooking with mutton then add in a pressure cooker with required salt, turmeric powder and cook for 8 to 10 whistles, strain the mutton and follow steps from 3
In a bowl add curd, Kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt as per taste, chopped onion and mix well
Marinate for 1 hour
In other pan, add sesame oil, cinnamon, cloves and cardamon, allow them to fry until aromatic, then add green chili & curry leaves
Then add marinated potatoes int it and mix well
Add required water and cover and cook for 15 minutes
Serve hot with rice
