Kashmiri Naan Flatbread

Ingredients:
Maida - 1 cup
Dry yeast - 1 tsp
Salt -1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Nuts - 1/4 cup
Tutti frutti - 1/4 cup
Lukewarm water - as required
Oil - 1 tsp
Instructions:
In a bowl, add lukewarm water, sugar and mix, then add yeast and mix again. Rest for few minutes until it blooms, keep aside
In other bowl add maida with salt, mix, then add activated yeast water and mix
Add required water to form soft dough, cover and rest for 1 hour, until dough gets double
Tate small size dough, roll out little then apply nuts and tutti frutti on it
Cover the corners and roll out again
Cook on hot tawa, apply oil both sides and serve hot
