A typical pancake made from finger millet locally called Kodo in sikkim, served with different varieties of pickles.

Ingredients:
Ragi flour or pearl millet flour - 1 cup
Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Instructions:
In a bowl add ragi flour, brown sugar, baking soda & salt, mix well
Pour required milk to the mixed flour and mix into thick batter without any lumps
Now pour the batter on the hot tawa, apply oil on it, cover & cook, flip & cook again
Serve hot with any pickles
