Mala roti is a famous snack in Arunachal Pradesh. It is a ring-shaped sweet rice bread that is deep fried. It can be flavored with cardamom and cloves.

Ingredients:
Rice flour - 1 cup
Rava - /12 cup
Maida - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - pinch
Cardamom - 3
Milk - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Sesame oil - to fry
Instructions:
In a bowl add, rice flour, rava, maida, baking powder, salt and cardamom and mix
Now add ghee and mix well
Add milk to it and mix and beat well until the batter turns little running consistency
The batter should make ring shape when poured with spoon or ladder
Heat sesame oil, take handful of batter and pour into oil in ring shape
Flip and cook on both sides
Serve hot
