Methi Na Gota is a famous Gujarati snack made with fenugreek leaves, gram flour and spices. These Gujarati style methi pakoras or fried fritters are so soft, light and very flavorful.
This is the best snack during tea or coffee break. Which can be made within few minutes.

Ingredients:
Gram flour - 1 cup
Semolina - 1/2 cup
Fenugreek leaves - 1 bunch
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Ginger-green chili paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Ajwain seeds - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Coriander seed powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - required for mixing
Oil - for frying
Instructions:
In a bowl, add gram flour, semolina, ginger-green chili paste, turmeric powder, salt, pepper powder, coriander seeds powder and ajwain seeds
Add chopped fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves and mix
Add required water gradually and mix to thick batter
In hot oil, drop the batter and fry on both sides
Strain and serve hot
