Mosdeng Serma is a popular recipe of Tripura, one of the North Eastern states of India. It is a spicy tomato chutney which is traditionally served with pork side dishes and hot steamed rice.

Ingredients:
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Garlic - 5
Chili powder - 2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Instructions:
In a pan add oil, sauté garlic and onion
In a small bowl, add chili powder and water, mix well
Pour the chili water to it and sauté it well until aromatic
Then add tomato and salt, sauté until aromatic
Add required water and mix, cook for 10 minutes
Serve hot!
