Paneer tikka or Paneer Soola or Chhena Soola is an Indian dish made from chunks of paneer/ chhena marinated in spices and grilled in a tandoor. It is a vegetarian alternative to chicken tikka and other meat dishes. It is a popular dish that is widely available in India and countries with an Indian diaspora.
LETS GET COOKING:
Panner Tikka

Ingredients:
Panner - 250g
Capsicum - 1
Curd - 1/4 cup
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 1 tsp
Instructions:
In a bowl add curd, Kashmiri chili, cumin, coriander, chaat masala, turmeric powder, salt as per taste, ginger-garlic paste & mix well
Now add cube cut paneer to it & marinate for 1/2 hour
In a pan add oil, then place the marinated panner on it & fry on all sides
With the remaining marinated curd, add cube cut capsicum & marinate for 10 minutes
Toast it on hot tawa
Serve hot
