Ponganalu is a easy and tasty deep fried snack recipe made with left over dosa batter, different flours, green chily, onion and curd. Serve with peanut chutney and tea/coffee. Ponganalu is a traditional evening snack prepared in Andhra Pradesh. Generally left over dosa or idli batter is used in making these ponganalu.

Total time : 15 minutes
Ingredients:
Rice flour - 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Green chili chopped - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Groundnut oil - to fry
Instructions:
In a bowl add, rice flour, curd , chopped green chili, cumin seeds and salt as per taste
Mix everything like thick batter and rest for 1 hour
In a hot groundnut oil, drop the batter and deep fry
Strain the punugulu once cooked
Serve with chili chutney and onions
