Rose tea is an aromatic herbal beverage made from the fragrant petals and buds of rose flowers. It's claimed to offer numerous health benefits, though many of these are not well supported by science.
Rose tea contains high amounts of Vitamin C, an antioxidant vital to our body's healing process and its ability to fight off infection. One study found that rose tea may also ease flu-like symptoms like coughing and congestion.
You no need to buy rose petals from the shop, we can simply dry the rose when we buy roses, Sundry them in partial-shade for 1 day and store them in dry jar. Can store them for nearly 1 year.

Ingredients:
Rose petals dried - 3 tsp
Ginger Crushed - 1 inch
Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
Cloves - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Water - 2 glass
Honey - as per taste
Instructions:
In a pan add water, with crushed ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cumin seeds. Bring to boil.
Then add dried rose petals into the boiling water and allow them to boil for 10minutes.
Once the color of the rose petals turns into light color off the flame.
Strain the tea.
Add required honey as per taste while the tea turns warm.
Serve warm!
