Known as Andhra Fried Prawns, it is very addictive and is not only famous among the local people but also for the tourists.Fried spices and onions with addition of peeled prawns along with little water is the way for preparation. The recipe is simple and does not take much time to prepare, and you can surprise your guests with this delicious curry.

Ingredients:
Clean prawns - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Green chili - 2
Curry leaves - 1 string
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Chili powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Groundnut oil - 1 tsp
Instructions:
In a bowl add cleaned prawns
Add chili and turmeric powder mix it and marinate for 15 minutes
In a pan add oil, chopped onions saute it well
Then add curry leaves, green chili, ginger-garlic paste and saute it well
Then add turmeric, chili, cumin, coriander , garam masala and required to it, fry until raw smell goes
Now add marinated prawns and mix it
Cover and cook until prawns are cook
Serve hot with rice or chapathi
