Santula is a mixed vegetable curry from Odisha.
Panch Phoron - a mix of five condiments including fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, cumin seeds, black mustard seeds and fennel seeds - is traditionally used for this Oriya style curry.

Ingredients:
Panch Phoran - 1 tsp
Dried red chili - 2
Garlic - 3
Curry leaves - 1 string
Carrot - 1/2
Raddish - 1/2
Raw banana - 1/2
Tomato - 1
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Instructions:
In a pan, add oil, panch phoron, dried red chili and allow then to crakle
Then add chopped garlic and curry leaves allow them to roast
Now add all vegetables and saute
Add chili powder and salt as per taste
Add water to it and cover and cook until all vegetables are cooked
Serve hot
